Contact and access-link requests
HiperCom uses the requested details (name, role, company, work email, number of stores and employees, and objective) only to qualify your request, link the assessment to your organisation and send the access link. They are retained for no longer than six months. To exercise your rights, write to yves@hiper-com.com.
The legal basis for this processing is the consent of the respondent.
AI Alignment Assessment questionnaires
The responses collected are intended exclusively for the manager of the company interviewed as well as, where applicable, to technical service providers acting on behalf of the data controller and subject to an obligation of confidentiality.
The questionnaire is distributed via a technical tool based on Google Apps Script. Les données collectées sont hébergées et stockées sur Google Drive, in a secure environment managed by Google, acting as a subcontractor.
Data is retained for a maximum period of six months from the transmission of the questionnaire. Elles seront ensuite supprimées, sauf obligation légale imposant une conservation plus longue.
Automated decision or profiling: responses are not subject to any exclusively automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
You can request access to data concerning you, their rectification, their erasure or the limitation of their processing. When the conditions provided for by the GDPR are met, you can also request the portability of your data.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without justification and without this withdrawal calling into question the lawfulness of the processing carried out before it.

You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, particularly in the EU country of your usual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement. HiperCom’s establishment is supervised in Poland by the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
